tippy toes
![]() |
I photograph children because I want see life more deeply and experience it more profoundly. I want to take full advantage of the miraculous senses I’ve been given and get out of the noise of my mind for a moment to really “feel” life in the uninhibited way that they do. I’m trying to remember to use my tippy toes if needed, or lay flat bellied on the soft green grass to improve my view and get closer to God. Every single time I point my camera in the direction of a child they reintroduce me to the art of being present to the simple magic of *everything*.
They are the most wonderful teachers, these crazy little people I photograph, and I am grateful to be a student of theirs.
