Only two years old and this cherub’s already working the puppy dog eyes, ruby red lips, and innocent but flirty body language to obtain what he wants. Do these little ones arrive with the art of manipulation software preinstalled?

In this particular case what this guy wanted most was the photo session with me to be over. So a fraction of a second after he heard the release of the shutter as I made this image he immediately progressed to the much more direct drop and flop tactic, and dissolved into a very dramatic puddle of tears.

We were done.
